ENS eLearning works with clients to develop the proper communication and support infrastructures
to ensure a smooth and successful deployment of the e-learning programs within the various client groups
identified during the strategic planning sessions. Promotional and communication initiatives will support
the modification of employees' work behavior in a consistent and supportive manner.

The rollout activities can involve managerial championing, training and documentation, employee incentive
activities, and reinforcement through communication vehicles such as e-mail, newsletters and face-to-face
						meetings.

A successful e-learning program is one whose results can be measured against the business goals set forth at
the initial phase of the project. The activities and processes defined during this engagement will facilitate
the development of mechanisms leading to effective measurements of Return On Investments (ROI).
