Michelle Savard

Michelle Savard worked in customer service for ten years before completing a Master's degree in Educational Technology. She has developed and taught courses in customer service, telephone etiquette, cross-cultural communication, management skills and marketing techniques. She now works with clients to determine their needs, designs, develops and delivers training, provides support and evaluates interventions in terms of their impact on performance and business goals.
